A 3D Day

I figured it would be a 3D day on Monday, so just as Daddy left for work I gave him a pair of 3D glasses that I insisted he take with “In case you have a 3D day!” Mom and Dad thought it was really funny! The rest of the week was pretty quiet with nothing major happening. Tuesday I had speech with Nicki which went well. We had music on Wednesday where we practiced for our year end concert. On Friday I chose my own clothes and dressed myself all by myself. I even brushed my teeth and put on my own shoes. Mon and Dad were thrilled. Midday I went to see Lauren for OT and afterward Mom, Granny and I went to the Oriental City Rivonia where I got a bunch of toys.

Dad arrived home early so he helped with assembling my new track – it was a blast. Afterwards we chilled in the garden enjoying the afternoon rays. In the evening Mom, Dad, Granny and I went to dinner at Pane E Vino; it was a great deal of fun. I mixed up my own pizza dough which was baked into a non-descript something-or-other! I waited at the pizza oven for ‘it’ to bake, and was thrilled when it was done. I didn’t eat it though! Instead I had chips and calamari.

Saturday was Joseph’s pirate birthday party. It was a blast – there was a pirate jumping castle and lots of game. We stayed ’til dusk but which time I was exhausted from playing. Sunday morning Mom and Dad registered to vote in our new district, as we have moved since our last elections. It was pretty quick and easy. Afterward was another pirate birthday party, this time for Mathew. It had a slip and slide with foam in it. Ryan and I played in the mud with a grader. We got filthy dirty and we left just after midday as the thunderstorms started rolling in.

This time I feel asleep in the car and snoozed for the afternoon while it rained.
